And also eventually 'Nano-technology' (this tag may be misused), and 'Integrated technology processes' (even if this last one could be under process engineering)

Tags are created when they are needed for particular questions. So the recommendation would be to find questions that need those tags and edit them in. Please try to edit the rest of the question as well since tag only edits are typically viewed as too trivial.

  • $\begingroup$ Thank you for the reply, I tried and I just need 20 more reputation to do it, so I will get them. I was planning to better tag this question. I do not have enough SE experience for calling on/off topics, but I though it is a fair question an engineer may ask. $\endgroup$

Electronic and Software engineering have already their page. I would stay on the mechanical part.
